A storm caused some moderate tidal flooding on LBI. These are some pictures from North Beach Haven

Tropical Storm Isaias hit Long Beach Island on Tuesday morning, August 4th, 2020 leaving wind damage and an island wide power outage. 

This picture is at the end of 17th Street in North Beach Haven. I took it but I don’t remember the exact year. Judging from the houses in the background it was probably in the 1990’s.

The horrendous crawling traffic between LBI and the Parkway can be alleviated to some degree by the addition of a second causeway.
